Good start Wahab. If i may suggest, perhaps try to push the design in a more graphic style. simplify the shapes, pose and view. this will help when you arrive to the turnaround. look at stephen silver, for example...

also think Serial Adventure of the early 20th century. ...Strong women of the time. they didnt show much skin, because they didnt want to be objectified or even possibly recognized as a woman and all the connotations that come with being a woman, maybe.
